The date is the 15th of June '19, and we'd love for you to be a part of it.
Sarah and I have decided to use our wedding as an opportunity to give back to some organizations that mean a lot to us. All florals will be donated to Random Acts of Flowers-Knoxville, and we will be donating to both the TN Alzheimer's foundation and the ALS Assocation in honor of all our friends and family attending.
Sarah and I met the summer before we entered 9th grade. Band camp was what truly brought us together. We were pretty quickly friends and spent that entire year building our friendship (and flirting the best way 14 year olds know how). I even had to clean her locker out for her at the end of the year. I’ve been picking up after her ever since!
After a couple of awkward attempts (according to her), I asked her out on August 24th 2010. I don’t think anyone would have suspected that we’d be getting married almost nine years later, but here we are! We have been through everything together and have continued to grow with each other. From getting our driver licenses to going to college, from our dorm rooms being 1000 feet apart to living across the country from each other, we have always chosen to love each other.
We are excited to start this new journey with each other, and we hope that you will be there to celebrate it with us.

Best Man
Being his younger brother, I’ve obviously known Nathan for my entire life, but Sarah has been there for the majority of it. They’ve always been there for me, whether it be yelling at a band assistant for mistreating 12 year-old me or yelling at present day me for putting off studying for an important test. Although Sarah has felt like a member of the family for years at this point, I’m excited for it to become official in June!
Hello! I am Ryan Rutherford and I am Nathan’s cousin. When I’m not working you can find me either playing video games with my friends or spending time with my girlfriend Rebecca and our dog Oliver.
Being family, I’ve known Nathan my entire life, and Sarah since I was 12. They’re both important to my life. They not only introduced me to the love of my life, but have been very encouraging in my career. I’m glad to officially have Sarah in the family!
It’s ya boy Kane aka Kane Train aka 2 Kanez aka Kandy Kane aka Citizen Kane aka T Smoochie Wallace. I’ve been Nathan’s pal/roomie/coworker for a while now and I’m super excited to be a part of his wedding. Sarah is a great friend/mother figure to me, and my favorite thing to do is take her side in arguments. I couldn’t be happier for these two!
I'm Brandon Bilbrey, the self-proclaimed spiciest of the Spicy Bois. 🌶️ I've had the pleasure of getting to know Sarah and Nathan for the past three years, and they have grown to be some of my best friends. They have given me so many wonderful memories, a lot of which involve Soccer Taco and unplanned double dates. I cannot think of any two people more right for each other, and I'm excited about being included in their special day.
Hi! I’m Jacob Allen. I work with Nathan and Kane at OSIsoft in San Leandro, California. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me hanging out with my wife Morgan ❤️ trying out new local restaurants, or hiking with our dog Franny 🐶.
I met Nathan a few years ago at work, but we (along with Kane and Brandon) quickly became great friends. I’ve been so lucky to call him one of my best friends, and I’m very excited for him and Sarah to start their life together!
Maid of Honor
I've known Sarah and Nathan for about 5 years now. Since that day in Stats 201, we've been through just about any situation you could think of-from getting flooded in Nashville, crying at the movie theater over A Star is Born, and getting donuts at 3am before a final. I'm most proud to call these two my best friends, and I wouldn't want it any other way -- except maybe if y'all would stay home!
A huge thanks to RSCC Rad Tech program for introducing me to Sarah, one of the most genuine people I have ever met. I have known Sarah for a little over a year now and I’m forever grateful for the wonderful friendship we share. Although I don’t know Nathan as well as Sarah, I am just as thankful to know him. These two share a wonderful bond that I’m very glad I get to witness. Can’t wait to watch their journey unfold!
I met Sarah through the radiology program. She was in all of my clases including clinic. It was only a matter of time before we started talking to each other, and I'm glad it happened that way because she is one of my best friends now (even though she originally wouldn't practice in lab with me!) Sarah is a strong and independent woman that I admire, and I'm excited to stand beside her as she starts this new journey.
Hi y’all, I’m Amber! When I’m not working at Parkwest, you can find me loving on one of my three fur babies: Jack, Willow, and Bo. I met Sarah through the Rad Tech program, and it was worth the many headaches and many occasions that people mixed us up to have this friendship! I’m so excited for Sarah and Nathan’s wedding and can’t wait to stand by her side. ❤️
I’m Vicky and I’m 5th in line for the maid of honor throne. I’m a 4th-year physics major at UT. I met Sarah through my sister, Rebecca, and she was also my manager at the UT Call Center! I worked with her and Rebecca at Olive Garden for two wholesome years. Can’t wait for the wedding so she can stop complaining about the apostrophe in her name!! Hospitaliano!!!!!!!

We are confident it will be hot and humid in June in East Tennessee. Please dress accordingly. No need for a tux or ball gown. Dress pants and a collared shirt or a casual dress will be just fine. Sarah asks that no one wears a wedding dress, but if that’s all you have we would prefer that over you being naked :)
This is an outdoor wedding. It might not be the best place for stilettos.
As much as we would love to have everyone, please only bring who was addressed on your invitation. If you have a question about this, feel free to contact Nathan or Sarah.
